McDonald's — Restaurant in Punjab

Macdonald's has withdrawn franchise rights from Macdonald's restraunts in North and East India. So all the restraunts are being run of Cannaught place restraunts limited(CRPL), who was 50-50 partner with Macdonald's. This is a violation of the agreement. Hence you see a lot of the original burgers are no longer available. Trademarks are absent from the coke cups and burger wrappers. All in all they done a decent coverup of the entire operation and the public seems to be generally unaware of the change. In Jan 2018 , Macdonald's published articles in all leading Indian newspapers ,informing the public of the termination of contract and the health risk you might be exposing yourself too by eating here.

The service here is very bad. My friends specifically asked for a small combo. But the staff who was taking order wrote a big combo and charged us for it. While repeating the order, she just said combo(she didn’t mention whether the combo was big or small). And when we pointed out the mistake. They asked us to repeat the billing and told us that the bank will credit our amount back in the card, refusing to take the responsibility if the bank failed to do so. And the mc aloo tiki burger didn’t consist of any filling other the tiki itself(no tomatoes, cucumbers, anything). Worst experience ever don't have a sense to talk with a customer even from the parking part also the guard don't have sense how to talk they should have a organization at parking level also aprt from this the services is very bad they don't serve well must need some trainings how to serve to their customers from whom they actually run their buisness you should be respectful to your customers they don't even give complete order and not even on time after saying multiple times they listen and pretending doing favour on us... Home delivery is also really bad experience suggesting you to never visit this location other location McD's are fine ...
