Zoka — Restaurant in Punjab

We had a fantastic dining experience at Zoka! The diverse menu, featuring Indian, Japanese, and Italian-inspired dishes, made it a great choice for our family. My Indian parents enjoyed the flavorful Indian options, my kids had a blast with the sushi, and I loved the no-carb grilled dishes.

The food was fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. The service was also excellent—Manoj took great care of us, making sure we had everything we needed.

The only reason I’m giving 4.5 stars instead of 5 is because of a minor inconvenience at the end—one of my banknotes was slightly worn from being in an elastic band, and they wouldn’t accept it. It wasn’t a major issue, but it was unexpected. Other than that, everything was fantastic, and we’d definitely come back!

Beautiful place to chill. Garden cafe has a great vibe you won't find that in Jalandhar. Whether to drop in post-workday or weekend, this place delivers a vibe that is refreshing and energizing!

The service is unmatched. The staff is well-dressed and groomed. The staff truly cares about your experience. Prices are a bit on the high side.

Zoka has a great vibe and an impressive ambiance, which makes it a nice place to hang out. The food taste is okay, but when you compare it with the pricing, it doesn't quite justify the overall experience. A regular pizza costing ₹1000 with average taste feels overpriced, and charging ₹195 plus taxes for a water bottle with an MRP of ₹135 (including GST) just doesn’t make sense.

While the restaurant itself is appealing, the staff could be more professional and humble, especially being part of the hospitality industry. At this price point, one would expect a refined fine dining experience—not just in décor, but also in service and value.
