NAGPAL'S DAILY DOSE SILVER PLAZA — Restaurant in Punjab

I am writing this as my second opinion about the place after I have been to place for 4 times now.

But today it was nightmare of a Pizza Experience! If I could give this place zero stars, I absolutely would. Where do I even begin? First of all, the pizza was absolutely dreadful. It was like eating a sad, flavorless cardboard box with some melted plastic on top. Cheese momos had no cheese inside rather all the cheese was spread in container that had the momos. Garlic bread tasted like having a flavourless regular bread with melted cheese on top.

And don't even get me started on the service. It was horrifically slow. We waited an hour and a half for our order and while it came in shifts and so slow that we literally lost our appetite till then.

The staff seemed uninterested and completely disorganized. When we asked about the delay, we were met with blank stares and vague excuses.

The whole experience was an absolute disaster, and I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Save your money and your appetite — there are much better places out there that won’t ruin your evening.

I regret to say that my experience at DAILY DOSE was incredibly disappointing. From the moment we arrived, the service was subpar.We had to wait an unreasonably long time for our food, and when it finally arrived, it was incomplete. Some of the dishes we ordered were missing key components, and it felt like they couldn’t be bothered to serve the full meal.

The food itself was a major letdown. The quality was far below what I expected, with bland flavors and poor presentation. It was clear that no attention had been paid to even the most basic standards of preparation.

Overall, the entire experience was a disaster. We wasted a lot of time, and by the end of the meal, we were frustrated and unsatisfied. I would not recommend this place to anyone—there are far better options out there that actually care about their customers and deliver what...

If i had option for giving 0 stars, then surely have given that. First of all worst service u need to wait a lot just for 2-3 items and in the end they will give u invalid excuses.

They are not customer oriented just wasting customer’s precious time.

Even when the place is empty still order gets delayed.

Taste wise its not appreciable, pizza was the worst and for the shakes they all taste the same and when you order something that is apart from coffee or chocolate they just don’t serve it and say due to work pressure we forgot, simply the staff gives excuses.

Even the owner just deny the customer’s POV and say ‘we just can’t serve all the items at once’.
