National Bakery — Restaurant in Punjab

I ordered a birthday cake for my mother in law to give her a surprise. The cake looked beautiful and tasted so good. I am genuinely very happy with the service provided by you. I have never been to Bathinda and also have never been involved in any kind of dealing with anybody there. This was my first experience of Bathinda so first of all, thank you for making it so good. I specified what flavour, and other specifications about taste of the cake and it was made to taste exactly the way I wanted it to. I also wanted to add a gift along with the cake and the co-operation shown by this bakery is highly commendable. The owner (I am sorry I failed to ask the name) provided me with the contact details of a florist and a nursery and was also ready to buy on my behalf whatever I wished to add along. I highly appreciate it. Thank you so much for this. Also, I wanted to add a small message with the cake and the owner himself put his best efforts to write it down in an impressive way. This was the best thing about my whole experience. Thank you and thank you so much for adding a personal touch to my surprise and for executing it exactly in the way I wanted. I’ve ordered a butterscotch cake (500 g) from this restaurant many times before, and it has always been perfect — fresh, soft, tasty, and reasonably priced (around ₹180–₹200 on swiggy). Their service has usually been excellent, and deliveries are always on time.

But this time, I was a bit disappointed. The cake felt lighter than 500 g, probably around 350–400 g, and the size was noticeably smaller compared to my previous orders. Also, I had requested them to write “Happy Birthday (my name)” on the cake, but they didn’t write anything at all.

The taste was still very good, and the delivery was prompt, but the missing name and reduced size really took away from the experience. I hope they maintain the same quality and attention to...

I ordered the cake which is of 5 pound ,could be made of 2-3 pound but owner didn't gave me option less than 5 pound, because there was nothing special in it when we opened, just a simple one. And he charged me Rs 975 plus Rs 100 delivery, the bread was not fresh at all. After cutting all the crumbs spreads like a hell. so please don't go on reviews , go and have taste first than only order. I chose this bakery because of reviews only.
