I recently visited New Ramsons Restaurant in Nawanshahar and ordered Cheese Chilly for ₹230. Honestly, the experience was disappointing. The taste was not up to the mark, and the quantity served was very less compared to the high price. Not just this dish, but overall the menu is overpriced and the quality does not justify the cost. Definitely not worth the money needs serious improvement in both taste and portion...

Management is very poor. They said agar apko jyada der beithna hai to you have to pay extra charges. Phle to yeh btyie ki konsa esa rule hai ki restaurant me jyada time Tak beithne ke extra charges lagte hai?

Fr apne customer ko blame kr rhe hai ki apki wjha se humre customer wapis ja rhe qki ap kafi der se beithe ho. Excuse me seating arrangement apka pura ni hai hai toh isme hamari kya glti? Iska mtlb jo phle ke customer beithe hai unko bhaga donge kya?

Agr free me beithe hai tb bhi btao. Order to kiya hi tha or agr jyada der beithe hai to tb bhi order krege hi na. Kisi ka bhi wait bhi to kr skte hai.

Me personally recommend yhi krugi pls don't go there. Agr inhe apne customer ki value ni pta to baki...
