NIK BAKER'S — Restaurant in Punjab

Well, I visited this franchise of Nik Bakers with my family. And hear are my observations: There were no COVID guidelines followed in the restaurant. 50% of staff members were not wearing masks. Apart from that, after multiple requests to the staff, they cleared off our table with the mess created by previous customers. And then, same modus operandi of numerous requests were followed to get our table sanitized. No social distancing on the billing counter as well as in the sitting arrangements. O my God, I can’t believe I am writing this for my favourite place - Nik Bakers. Now, let’s talk about the main attribute of the restaurant - The food & beverages. The food quality and quantity was up to the mark. But whosever took the responsibility of beverages did the biggest blunder. 2 cappuccino were ordered which were so tasteless as if no milk was added and were as well served cold. Sugar free was received after requesting thrice. 2 Fruit punch were ordered. Till date, they were our favourite. On the contrary today, finishing fruit punch looked like a huge task. I mean, look at the photos attached. One can easily analyse the taste of the drink from its look. Usually there are three layers of the drink. First layer is of the base drink, 2nd comprises of all the fruits and the last is of ice cream which makes this drink surprisingly amazing. Now look at the photograph attached. Forget layers, the ice cream has bursted its particles ( or contents) into the first layer drink. And above that, it was expected to be cold. The one served was all warmed up with the worst taste ever.

Conclusion : I am surprised at this state of Nik Bakers. Whosoever is reading it, please look at my reviews for Nik Bakers at Sector 35 Chd. That’s how Nik Bakers is supposed to be. A Love Story That Began on the Highway 💙🍰 – Nik Baker’s Blueberry Cheesecake

It all started on a road trip from Delhi to Chandigarh — tired, hungry, and somewhere between miles and music, we stopped at a Nik Baker’s outlet just before entering the city. I ordered their Blueberry Cheesecake without thinking much… and THAT was it. Love at first sight. First bite. Forever kind of love. 💫

That moment — the way it just melted in my mouth, the softness of the cream, the tangy blueberry topping, the perfect base — it became more than dessert. It was comfort, indulgence, and a whole memory sealed in sweetness.

Since then, every time I’m traveling that route, I ritually stop at that same Nik Baker’s outlet. Though I’ve never gotten lucky with the blueberry cheesecake again at that branch 😅 — my love hasn’t faded one bit. I go looking for it like a loyal lover, and trust me, I make sure I get my fix somewhere or the other. 💙

Nik Baker is one of the famous bakery of Chandigarh is a new entrant on Ambala Road. Good same taste, visiting Nik bakers has always been special.

this is located right next to Haldiram's on the Ambala - Chandigarh Highway. This is a very nice place to be at, great ambiance, GREATEST Food & courteous staff. You must have heard the name of Nik Baker's if you are from Chandigarh or surrounding areas, but for the outsiders, please do try this place out, it'll definitely exceed your expectations.

Nice Ambience, delicious food and excellent menu. Pasta, veg roll, omelet and chicken Barbequ all are excellent . Inside, this is a fairly large space, with comfortable chairs and tables, large plate glass windows, and abundant baked goods.
