Ramneek's Veg Galaxy — Restaurant in Punjab

Disappointed ❗️ Few days back I visited Veg Galaxy with my friend for lunch and was quite disappointed by the experience. Unfortunately, we found a mosquito in our dish, which was very concerning from a hygiene perspective.

When we brought it to the staff's attention, they did acknowledge the issue, but the receptionist’s attitude could have been more professional and courteous. His response felt dismissive and a bit rude, which added to our discomfort.

Dont order their pizza and fries. They will give you stale food. My kids and parents got sick 🤢 because of their food. I took my mom to emergency 2am due to non stop vomit and diarrhea . My 2 year old vomit almost 5 times. It was my first and worst experience with them. Although the taste of Manchurian was fine. But not impressed with their hygiene. If you cant give fresh food remove those items from your menu please. I can taste the stale...

Poor knowledge of food. Their Staff don't about the recepie. They make fool of their coustomers. Charge Beverages rate higher than their original price. They behave rude if we do questioning on beverages rate. They charge 30 rs. of mineral water which just cost 20 rs.
