Sagar Ratna — Restaurant in Punjab

Good things:

1. food was delicious. ordered dosas, idli, upma, kesari bath and few items to drink. Each and every item was good.
2. location is also very good. You enter the factory outlet and there it is right in front of the entrance, so no need to roam around to find it.

Bad things:

1. i went there with family. Waited for half an hour but didn’t find a place inside so had to sit outside for lunch. They haven’t arranged the chairs and umbrellas properly. So it was little uncomfortable because of sun.
2. service is fine but they added some extra items in the final bill which if I hadn’t checked would have gone from the pocket. So please check your bill before paying.
3. the waiter was little confused and slow as well but mostly because it was sunday and a lot crowded.

Suggestion: do visit this place but try to be before peak...

Worst experience, never going back !

Starting with their seating, they have placed few seats near their doors where you cannot sit And enjoy the food since the guests or waiters keep coming and disturb anyhow. Second point is, no one asked if their guest need water.. they didn't even bothered to ask. Coming to food, we ordered their Soya chaap, vada along with masala dosa. Vada and masala dosa were served cold as if they forgot to serve for 10 minutes. Above all that, there was a match stick in their Soya chaap. Manager tried to explain as what would have been happened in the kitchen and how come the matchstick was left inside the Soya chaap. He did said sorry but we were so upset with the overall scenerio, we paid the bill and left the place after filling their experience form. I didn't even feel like clicking pictures...

Amazing dining experience😋. Beautifully designed and the plants was giving the good vibes to the place.
