Never seen such a stingy and rude owner before. Was a regular custpmer of the cake shoppe. Yesterday I bought a gift hamper worth 2500 INR. Today again, i went their and bought a gift hamper worth 2600 INR along with 6 doughnuts. Upon checking I found that the doughnuts were hard as stone. When I went back to their shop to replace, I was told by the owner that you should microwave the doughnuts before eating. So far ok. 3 out of 6 doughnuts were eaten by the kids so I asked him to give me 3 pastries for 3 untouched doughnuts instead
However, I was given 3 pastries and they simply binned the 3 doughnuts with little bites. When i asked why wouldn't they give us replacement for 3 doughnuts which they threw in the bin, we were told to pay for the remaining three.
Even worst, the attitude the owner was showing was simply beyond my comprehension. How rude and arrogant he was. Even a small shop from a small town would offer 3 free pastries as compensation to their regular customers. But These rascals started arguing over 300 Rs worth pastries. How stingy and shameful these people are.
They have just lost their regular customer. I would never visit these rascals ever again. So unprofessional and pathetic people with such...

When I reached there, I took a prolonged look at the alluring cakes placed decoratively and made my choice. Then I picked birthday caps, candles, balloons etc. I wished they had more options in the balloons in mono coloured category but they insisted I picked the blue ones.
It was only when I reached my room and blew the balloons up, that I realized each balloon had "It's a boy" written on it. It was a girl's birthday which I suppose would have been evident by the name "Muskaan" jotted down on the cake. As if the disappointment wasn't enough, the shop manager said "Mam it is a customer's responsibility to check what's written on the balloons" when I called to ask for a replacement. Now I am yet to learn how to read what's written on a deflated balloon. I believe the manager should have a knowledge of the product he's selling and should be extremely careful while selling items with "specific content" written on them.
Anyway, the lights will never...
