The ambience is good, the staff is polite, the food is okay nothing exceptional but the service the god damn service is slow. Like we ordered a coffee and it took around 40 minutes for them to get our order, i think it's good if you have a lot of time in hand and you want a long chit chat then the ambience is beautiful and they don't disturb you so that's a plus point but as far as my experience is concerned it took them a lot of time, apart from that everything is good they should look into the service section amd make it a bit fast. This place is very close to bus stand Jalandhar so reachable by different modes of transport. I went there after checking the name of popular chef Sanjeev Kapoor but the service there disappointed me. We ordered 4 coffees, 2 cold other hot. It took 40 mins to orocess our order.
