Mama's cafe — Restaurant in Puri

Mama's cafe is a cute rooftop cafe located on the 3rd floor of LaxmiNarayana residency. I was here with my family for a weekend dinner. We absolutely loved the food and service here. The owner and chef are very friendly. They customise the food however you wish to according to your taste. The best thing about this cafe is - they serve hot and fresh food. Everything is prepared once the order is placed. We will have to wait for a while but it's worth the wait. We tried a lot of things - soup, starters, parathas, thali and lassi. I can say we were so full, happy and satisfied with the food. So, we decided to visit again for breakfast the next day. Oh boy! It was just like homemade breakfast - especially the subzi upma. We took poha, subzi upma, parathas and lassi. Banana lassi and coconut lassi were too good. Not to forget the salt lassi which had mango ginger bits! Loved the whole experience and taste. Quality food at its best! Highly recommend this place for vegetarian...

Mama's cafe conveniently located pure veg cafe and restaurant overlooking the Bengal Bay in Puri. Having dined there once, we went there to eat every day during our stay in Puri. All the dishes that we ordered there were delicious, fresh and prepared quickly. We were so passionate about the food that we forgot to take pictures of it, which is why there are so few photos unfortunately. Masala upma, cheese balls, special thali, banana pancake, just a few of the photos. Request to the owner of the restaurant, please increase the number of tables on the roof! Do not deprive your visitors of a beautiful view...

I recently dined at mama's cafe. Had a very bad experience with them . tables were not properly cleaned.

when my sandwich arrived, I was shocked to find a hair nestled right in the bread. This not only made the sandwich visually unappealing but also raised significant concerns about the cleanliness and hygiene standards of the kitchen.the cheese in the sandwich was visibly molded. It was incredibly off-putting and completely unacceptable for any restaurant.

Additionally, the water glass I received had a layer of dust on it, It's alarming how something as basic as clean cutlery was overlooked. Never...
