Worst restaurant, I have encountered in my entire life. They are providing rotten food as they find people come here and take food and leave after taking their train. Same happened with me. I ordered parcel of half plate Navaratna Korma and half plate mushroom masala. When I reach home and sat to have my lunch, I found the mushroom masala at its worst condition. At once I called to the restaurant and informed about the food quality. The person in the call replied that sir kindly come to the restaurant and exchange the food. But I live at a place which is 34 km from the place. So it was impossible for me to come back and exchange the food. So the person in the call replied that sir when you come next to the place, kindly inform we will provide food with same amount. I had specifically ordered vegetables without spice mix and normal salted dal, but the food delivered was completely different—spice mix vegetables and non-salted dal. This is not just a minor error; it shows a lack of attention to customer instructions.

When someone places a customized order, it’s expected that the restaurant will honor those preferences. Unfortunately, that didn’t happen here.
