I recently ordered a shake from [Two brothers cafe] through Zomato, and unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. Firstly, the price listed on both Google and Zomato was different from what was charged at the time of delivery. The menu mentioned the shake I ordered as 180/-, but upon delivery, the bill stated 269/-. This kind of discrepancy is highly misleading and leaves a negative impression on customers. Moreover, the lack of updated price lists on these platforms reflects poorly on the restaurant's management. Customers rely on such information to make informed choices, and when it's not updated, it leads to confusion and dissatisfaction.

To add to the frustration, the customer service during the delivery was lacking. There was a clear disconnect between what was promised and what was delivered. Additionally, the owner's attitude during a discussion about the billing discrepancy was disappointing. Arrogance and poor hospitality should never be part of any customer interaction.

I recently visited Two Brothers Bakery Café with high expectations, given the positive reviews about the food, which did not disappoint. The dishes were well-prepared, flavorful, and definitely the highlight of the visit.

However, the service was nothing short of abysmal. The staff displayed an appalling level of incompetence, bordering on sheer absurdity. It was evident from the beginning that the waiters were disorganized and lacked basic communication skills. Simple requests were either ignored or met with confusion, leading to repeated mistakes.

What could have been a pleasant dining experience was soured by this ridiculous and nonsensical service. It’s frustrating when such an establishment, with great potential due to its food, is dragged down by unprofessional and inattentive staff. The management needs to take urgent steps to train their employees better and ensure the service matches the quality of the food.

New cafe, cool interiors. We ordered spaghetti aglio olio, mushroom and cheese pizza, cold coffee and hot chocolate.

The toppings and the sauce on pizza was top notch but one thing ruined my whole experience, the dough. The crust was too thick which made it really hard to chew. Will definitely not recommend their pizzas at all.

What i will definitely recommend is the spaghetti. omg, this spaghetti tasted so delicious even without any sauce. The garlic flavour was on point. Not too heavy not too light.
