SCAM. Two counters are present and the one where you pay online provides bill but the other which is exclusively for cash won't provide bill. If there is some genuine problem they usually have a system where they directly send the bill on your phone but that too is unavailable on the cash counter. Moreover they won't inform you this previously, they will take the order and take the money and just inform you your order number. When I asked about the bill then they casually said that the counter machine is broken. What I don't understand is if there is a genuine problem then why can't they inform us before taking order or the money. And how is that the online payment they provide bill and exactly where the cash counter is malfunctioning they are want us to pay cash. Nowhere in any franchise there is a seperate machine for cash and one for online payment. AND EVEN IF YOUR MACHINE IS BROKEN WHY ARE YOU TAKING CASH THERE WHERE YOU CANNOT PROVIDE YOUR CUSTOMER WITH BILL. She started passing comments like "aur kitne chahiye" after asking for two more extra tissues with four burgers.
