Nice bakery. I ordered 6 burgers and 1 cake for anniversary. Received nice products. Good taste and same as in photo. But response from owner not good. Delivery time was 6 pm and received call at 5.15 pm that Delivery will be within 30 min and item delivered at 7pm. When asked for home delivery his reply was you didn't pay 500rs such a bad response. And deal was item will be delivered on shared map location, you spoiled someone's surprise. This 1 stars for your product quality.

I didn't give you Gokulpura location. I shared Google map location and I requested for delivery on same location. And I was agree to receive where your staff told me to receive but he was 1.30 minutes late.

And for your better knowledge your staff told me he will be there within 30 minutes means before 6 pm. And he didn't call me back that he will be late or anything I called him twice to ask where is he.

I never asked you to deliver it fast. I also want to see everyone safe.

And I like to buy good products not a poor ego person like you. And this shows your mentality towards customers. You even not tried once to ask customer that what did I face.

Rude staff and wrost cake...

Myself ordered red velvet birthday cake of 2 pound for Rs 700/- one day before on 14 Aug.

Next day I called them & went for collection.

They gave me a tri coloured cake which was designed for 15 Aug not designed as I told.

Mr Vishal shown rudeness and told that you not prepaid but actually they told me to pay on delivery.

He told his brother has taken the order and he is not available and not carring his phone with him. They don't carry any reputation.

He also refused to weight the cake.

He provided new cake but the odour and test was bad.

I went to the shop today, and their service was extremely poor. They didn’t even respond to my request, which I found very disrespectful. I simply asked for a spoon, and even that took them 5-7 minutes to provide. The experience was extremely disappointing, and I am very dissatisfied with...
