I had a truly terrible experience at Dosa Corner in Sawai Madhopur. I had ordered a Paneer Dosa, and it took them a whole 30 minutes just to serve it. The wait itself was frustrating, but things only got worse. The sambhar they served was extremely thin — almost like water, as thin as the paneer itself.
When my order finally arrived, to my surprise, the owner started accusing me of ordering a different dosa. Instead of resolving the issue politely, he kept arguing with me in a very rude manner. What made it worse was that they didn’t even have any CCTV footage to verify anything, so it turned into a baseless argument with no way to check the facts.
The owner's behaviour was completely unprofessional and rude throughout. The hygiene of the place was also poor, which is very concerning, especially for a restaurant. Overall, I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience.
To anyone — whether you are a local from Sawai Madhopur or a tourist visiting the nearby palace — I strongly advise you to avoid this place. It was a pathetic experience, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. If you are craving dosa, I would highly recommend going to the Ranthambore Chopati Dosa shop instead — it's far better than this...
Read moreI went here with my family for lunch based on google maps reviews as we were in Ranthambore for a trip but the food was below average. We ordered pav bhaji, masala dosa, cheese onion uttpam and coffee. Pav Bhaji was very bad, the bhaji was almost black in color and it had too much oil. The oil in it also tasted very bad. After eating I was feeling as if something would happen to me, so just imagine how bad I felt after eating it. They should discontinue the cheese onion uttpam and instead sell onion uttpam which I think would be better, putting cheese in everything unnecessarily doesn’t make for a good dish. Dosa was okay but it came with two chutneys, one red color and one coconut chutney. The red chutney was momo chutney instead of the authentic peanut chutney. Coming to the ambience, it’s a small food outlet with decent crowd. The service was also quick.
I love South Indian food and just have a suggestion for them to try to give proper South Indian food which will help them in their business rather than using momo chutney and cheese to make...
