Dosa Plaza Bikaner — Restaurant in Rajasthan

Dears, After seeing so many good review and feedback, happen to visit the restaurant on 19th November for the dinner with my family. Below is the feedback, which is not paid and very genuine, based on what was experienced yesterday. The cost of each item is at least 2x times overpriced. Could you believe that 4 pieces of mini Medu wada of (2.5 diameter) is around Rs 90. A good dosa would cost you around Rs 230 one serving, with four cut pieces of a single dosa. The chutney was not at all fresh and not at all the worth the cost. The mini idlis were not fresh but were served warmed once in micro-oven. Not worth at all for Rs 110 for 12 pieces.

Since, we were carried away by the name and review, we ordered two dosas, two soups, red pasta , mini idli, medu wada and soups.

The red pasta was not at all good. The pasta was not well boiled. The pasta was just served with Pasta paste -thats all. You dont pay Rs 209 for 50 grams of Pasta. Since, we had enough, we requested to get the pasta packed. When we opened the parcel, this morning, we were shocked to see the quantity and the quality. Very much disappointed, be it on the quality and the quantity.

It's a newly opened restaurant in Bikaner. It is on the second floor of a building. Has lift though. The ambience is quite comfortable and eye pleasing. I can say they have really tried to impress with the choice of decor items. It's not just a dosa place it has all types of cuisines. From Chinese, Mexican, Italian, indian... They have starters as well as main course dishes and also mocktails... Their dosa menu is quite varied. It has so many varieties and flavors of dosas in them. I had ordered traditional idli and American delight dosa. Idli was okaish.. The dosa was just fabulous.. The masala inside was veggies with mayo and some sauces. It was just perfect.. The dosa and filling was that good that i didn't require to dip the dosa in chutney or sambar. Sambar and chutney both tasted goood. Staff is good and polite.. The only thing is that the dosas are really a bit overpriced.. Rest...

Extremely disappointed with both the food and the service. The dishes were cold, poorly cooked, and lacked any real flavor. Even the basics were messed up. On top of that, the staff was unresponsive, disinterested, and seemed more focused on chatting among themselves than serving customers. We had to wait way too long just to get water and the order was messed up despite being simple.

Definitely not worth the money or time. Would NOT recommend this place to anyone. There are far better options nearby—avoid this one if you care about quality and...
