First, by looking at the reviews I booked this place over others choices like 7 stones, Mugs4buds etc for my anniversary diner for a group of 17-18 people.
Initially, I ordered few platters like French fries, Panner tikka, Veg crispy, Manchurian, Chow mein, man-chow soup, Mushroom tikka etc. right after taking first bite, the very first thing came into my mind is that reviews are fake. It disappointed me a lot. The dishes were not cooked well, few were over cooked, the spices were not balanced, the dishes which should be slightly sweet were highly sour. finally we had to leave the place without having anything. I paid for few items as we had eaten out some portion and left the place. This is how they spoiled our anniversary dinner and it was embarrassing for me. Finally I had to go to Mugs4buds where I could spend my rest of the evening nicely with the group.
So guys, if you want to celebrate any occasion or want to spend quality time or want to have good food then obviously this is not the right place. There is no option for giving rating in minus otherwise I would have given that. I regret my decision to visit this place for dinner, especially on my anniversary evening.
Advice to the owners, learn how the food industry run and works. Does your chef taste the dish before you serve it to customers? Or does he have a good sense of cooking? If not then change the chef or just close the cafe. I know it’s hard to digest it but the experience you gave me was worst than...
Read morePathetic taste and worst service. Putting spice doesn’t make a dish tasty or may br the chef (it would be a shame for chef to call the cook a chef) thinks that make the food spicy so that people wilm forget to understand the taste and will be busy crying out of spice itself. Coming to service, its the worst area of this restaurant. If you are running a restaurant, the first thing you need to focus on is service. Waiters need to be humble, punctual and proactive and waiters here are lazy, reactive and arrogant. This place is located at the cross roads which is famous for daily wage labours and I am guessing that the restaurant owners sources his manpower from this cross roads on a daily basis, with no experience of hospitality industry. Putting couple of gadgets in hand will not make your place a nicer place; You need to focus on food quality and...
