Disappointed with Food Quality – Not the Haldiram’s I Remember
I have been a loyal customer of Haldiram’s for years, but my recent experience has left me completely disappointed. The brand used to be known for its freshness, rich taste, and quality, but sadly, the standards seem to have dropped drastically.
Firstly, the snacks I ordered felt stale. The bhujia had a strange aftertaste, almost as if it was made with old oil. The namkeen mixtures were lacking the crispness and aroma I have always associated with Haldiram’s. Even the sweets, which were once their pride, tasted off – the rasgullas were rubbery, and the gulab jamuns had an artificial flavor that was unpleasant.
To make matters worse, the packaging didn’t seem fresh. One of the packets had oil stains inside, which immediately made me question hygiene practices. If this is how they maintain quality now, it’s very disappointing for such a big brand.

Haldiram’s always carried a trust factor – people bought their products blindly because they believed in their quality. Unfortunately, after this experience, I have lost that confidence. It feels like they are cutting corners, compromising on ingredients, and neglecting freshness.
If Haldiram’s doesn’t take customer feedback seriously and restore its old standards, they risk losing long-time customers like me. I hope they work on their quality control and bring back the taste, hygiene, and trust they were once famous for. Until then, I will be avoiding...
