2. Food: Amazing Dishes: Bhindi Masala, Paneer Tikka Masala, Dal Makhani, Tomato Soup, Roasted Papad, Garlic Naan, and Roti were all flavorful and satisfying. Drinks: Lime Soda and Strawberry Shake were refreshing and enjoyable. Average Dish: The Biryani was more like a pulao and tasted okay. Overall, the dinner was delightful with exceptional taste for most items.

3. Service: Service was impeccable—fast, efficient, and seamless. The staff was attentive, and we didn’t have to ask for anything after placing our order. They even provided the bill without being asked, which made the process hassle-free.

Really loved the experience,being from Mumbai it is very rare thing to see khaat style seating for is that too in a decent way.Inside hall has ac and really unique decor. We went on weekend so it was full but we had booked for 8 ppl in advnc. But still had to wait and told mgr to call us when they had our seat. Once they had it ,and out reserve sign still a man was sitting der and had to tell staff to shift him..idk y one person would sit on a table of 8..felt bad for him. He told he asked staff can i sit here,they told yes .Might be weekend issue so go before 8 or 8.30 and call and reserve before. Food was yum Sev tomato was superb.not a fan of malai kofta. Highway Delight restaurant embience is good, there food is tasty, But they need to improve on waiter grooming and etiquette. Waiter here are not professional at all. In my first visit I had a very bad experience as my remaining food I told to pack is thrown and one dish which is packed is in plastic bag...They even do not have plastic box to pack food. Manager is not also there on that particular day to listen to my compliant. But after that I have visited 3 times more and the place had improved little bit. If you are planning on weekends please visit early as you have to wait at least an half an hour as they are full on weekends and there is no reservations system in my knowledge.
