KFC — Restaurant in Rajasthan

Personally I always love the KFC franchise a lot, probably they serve the best non-veg items in the world. KFC is the Kitchen of heaven for the non-vegetarian in all over the world. And no doubt the KFC, Kota is also good. The foods are really fresh and delicious. But today I actually amazed by the stuff behaviour, they requested my phone and rate this place 5 star 🤦🏻. I told them that if they didn't I can do it myself and above all this is my profile to share my own opinion to others. This behaviour of their stuff amazed me a lots. Hello Team, I would like to report you state that I ordered medium chicken popcorn from Kota KFC and it was undercooked when I stated my issue to them instead of medium they told me they will give me large popcorn but instead of that they again sent medium that too undercooked again. Very dissapointed with the services provided by Kota KFC. Kindly look into this matter it just not the matter of money but also the taste. One more thing I would like to bring in your notice the oil used was smelling bad and I think it was fried multiple times. Very bad experience I have got from you guys. We have been waiting for our order since last one hour and half hour and we haven't received it yet . It's a lot of mental stress for a freaking meal . And plus we have paid for it already via Google pay and still we didn't receive it yet. Worst experience ever on kfc . Wouldn't recommend anybody to order again . Plus we ordered it via its official app and we never expected to have that kind of bad experience on kfc ever . It's a lot of mental stress and waste of time . We have trying to call a lot on their customer care number and none of them is picking up.Now I can tell that kfc has the worst customer care...
