La Pino'z Pizza (Ojas Foods) — Restaurant in Rajasthan

Food was good, but the overall experience was disappointing. The dustbin was overflowing, tissues and bottle caps were scattered all over the floor. I’ve been coming to this place for around 5 years, but sadly, there’s been no sign of renovation. The same walls with peeling paint, tape marks, and random patches — if that’s actually part of the interior design, then hats off, but seriously, please fix it because it just looks sad.

No matter how good the food is, if the place where you sit and eat doesn’t feel good, nothing feels right. When I see things like this after paying good money, it really feels no different from a roadside vendor. It also hurts your brand value. Despite being a long-time customer, every time I visit, I see only 2-3 tables occupied....

Worst pizza ever... They gave no cutlery, chiliflake and origano. The pizza was very bad 😭😭😭i hate pizzas now because of these people. They need to understand the basic business etiquettes. Disheartening :( Moreover when I complained nobody even replied or contacted me back. That's shameful... A stigma as a food joint... Literally the worst pizza , pathetic, unbearable and disgusting taste.. I would request all the people who are thinking to go there.. Plz guys think once again before it's too late. My comment definitely shows my very bad experience 🙏🙏 I wish I knew that somebody can destroy a dish so badly that there's nothing in this whole world that disgusts...

Lapinoz head or whoever the manager is who is picking the call is extremely rude and Pathetic, we ordered and it got delivered after an hour, food was no longer hot n garlic bread was in peices. Delivery guy said he did not have balance to check the location on map. We tried telling him but he couldn't understand (that was still ok for us ) but when food reached it was not hot at all n not proper. We called the manager and he said apko sai se address btana nai ata to hm Kya kre. It's really sad that people opening such big places do not have courtesy to...
