Pannadhay Cruise Restaurant — Restaurant in Rajasthan

This is one of its kind eating place in Udaipur, having both a unique location as well as a unique structure. If you guys have guessed it by now I'm talking about not so old Pannadhya Cruise Cafe. Its located on Goverdhan Sagar lake in Pannadhya dirgha, which offers an undisputed view of both lakes & hills. Its a place of beauty which one must visit even if he just wants to see the place & take a coffee only. But we will be talking about the food we had. We ordered -Crispy Corn (170) -Cigar Roll(140) -Smoked Pasta(240) -Mojito (119) -Chocolate Special Milkshake (190) Crispy corn were perfectly coated & fried to crisp, mixed with veggies & sauces to give a balanced taste. Cigar Roll of this place is one of my favourite, had it both the times I went there & the taste was good & consistent. Next came pasta, it was regular Penne pasta served on a sizzler plate to give it a smokey presentation. The pasta was cooked well, sauce was balanced & tasted nice. Mojito was chilled & good. Now coming to Milkshake it was chilled & good but among all the items we tried their it can be improved upon. Overall the place doesn't disappoint anyone who is visiting. One can simply visit it for the view or for the food or can do both at the same time. All COVID 19 precautions were followed. We paid INR 767 after discount. Pics have been attached...

They spoiled the party. It is my second visit for a party at pannadhay cruise restaurant and they try to cheat us. We have booked a party for 16 people for the first time and at the time of Billing they were arguing that you were 20 people.

The second time we booked a party of 36 people and at the time of Billing they were stubborn that you were 40 people. And it was closed group party, we have fixed persons. I don't know how we became 40.

Things about food. In starting they will serve less quantity of starters which finish earlier and they will take a long time to repeat. Both times we have faced the same issue.

We booked an open place but due to rain we have to accommodate ourselves in very little space. They didn't even have a ceiling fan or standing fan.

It would probably be our last time at this place, I will never recommend any of my friends to arrange any party at this place.

I won't say worst as the food was really good, Ambiance is cheery on top but to be honest being the loyal visitor from long on thier multiple other properties must say they should improve specially some humbleness as even they don't ask water to you out off courtesy ”highly recommend - please take water bottle along" as they are going to take atleast 30 mins on an average from your time of arrival even in cold days. Last but not the least they serve delicious tempting food but the cleanliness brings me the doubt for hygeine too as n when it I had visited the property I think this was my 20th time and I can't remember I had visited and sat down without asking to mop or clean they should be Pro active and this too I am talking...
