Tourist trap This restaurant takes complete advantage of a tourist's lack of knowledge of normal prices for food. Extremely overpriced - the food quality and quantity is average but the prices are even higher than fancy restaurants in delhi. - There were stickers containing new prices on top of the prices originally listed in the menu. Even basic things such as roti and a bottle of water were priced at Rs 80 and 60 respectively. This is ridiculous and almost double the price as compared to anywhere else. Service is poor- table clots are dirty and stained and they just brush the crumbs off after a customer leaves. Some of the crumbs even flew to our table as we were sitting next to it. All the waiters were standing emptihanded arguing in the middle of the eating space which was very unpleasant. They are dressed very shabbily. After charging us a heap of money for the food as well as including the service tax in the bill, the waiter had the nerve to straight out ask me for a tip as we...

This place is a tourist trap. Did not stay here, we stopped on our road trip between Agra and Jaipur. The place has large toilets which are of average cleanliness, but very usable compared to other options along this route. This is where the good ends. The food is reasonable, but extremely overpriced for what you get. Expect to pay Rs. 400-600 per person for a light meal, more if you want a substantial feed. They have snacks and drinks for sale, but they have stuck stickers with jacked up prices over the MRP on the package, which is highly illegal in India. For example, they want Rs.80 for a normal packet of chips! When the bill arrives, they actually ask for a ā€œservice feeā€ on top of the obscene prices, and they seem pushy about it. We put Rs.50 down (should have been 0 based on the service received) and they actually looked at us like we should tip more. That’s when we just left.

I recommend that you stop here only if you need to use the toilet/bathroom, and...

We stopped at this place for tea and breakfast on the morning of 15th October, 2021 on the way to Agra from Jaipur.

We initially mistook it for an RTDC property (as it is named and presented in a way to misguide, it seems).

In our whole 3 day trip, it was our worst mistake to stop at this place:

They took more than 1 hour to serve just Alu Parantha, Omelet and Tea ! Can't believe someone can make even Alu Parantha and Tea so horrible - in spite of being hungry - we left half of it in plates ! The prices were exorbitant for a highway motel - our bill was around Rs 1,000 just for this ! We saw other visitors also extremely unhappy with food, service and pricing - some of them returned a few things and many left their food in plates !!

Even our cab driver was highly regretful in suggesting us this joint.

On our way back, we stopped at Khandelwal for a lovey warm tasty...

This is possible the worst place I’ve visited during my time in India. We stopped here briefly because our driver wanted breakfast and they have a good offer for drivers (100INR breakfast). We originally didn’t want anything so we went to the entrance for foreigners to check it out. We ended up ordering still two samosa, one coffee and one water. The food was bland, the milk for the coffee sour and came in a dirty container (see pictures). The most fraudulent was to charge 70inr for the local water (the regular going rate is 20INR for local water!). Absolutely disappointing was also the souvenir shop. Total rip off, if you go to Agra or Jaipur regular market you’ll find the same or better things for 1/10th of the price.

We stopped here on our way to Agra from Jaipur. Sadly it’s a tourist trap that charges inflated prices for pathetic food/drinks. We got two chais and they tasted weird—we couldn’t have more than a sip. 2 chais and a ginger ale costed 338 rupees. It’s money down the drain. There’s a gift store here which has everything at inflated prices as well. I don’t recommend stopping here unless you want to use the restrooms. An absolute disgrace of a pit stop

September 2018. They appear to be rebuilding whilst still attempting to operate a business. Sadly, that's not the worst of it. Utterly filthy, thick layer of dust everwhere, overpriced everything, "screw you" surly service with a demand of 10% on top. Zero stars if I could. European tourists standing outside in the heat by way of protest... Several reviews here are either fake or talking about somewhere else.
