Salt N Pepper restaurant — Restaurant in Rajasthan

I plan for a team dinner here because I had past good experience but unfortunately today was not a good day at Salt N Pepper. First thing which is very annoying is that one of the member asked for RO water or Normal water instead of Bottled water due to the medical situation on his side, as Doctor asked him not to drink Bottled water. Here no RO and Normal water, you are forced to drink Bottled Water. I believe this is not a good idea to forcefully asked your customer to drink bottled water. If you want to visit it, Must take a couple of bottles of water from your Home, because they don't have RO or Normal Water. Second annoying thing happened is with respect to the quality and quantity compromise. 20 Days back I had a lunch over here and everything was good, but today it was totally under rated as compared to past experience. I really feel bad because I invited my team as I had a good experience but with them it is bad one. I would suggest to focus on improving, food quality, quantity and customer delightness. Please try to focus on customer satisfaction and service. Slowly slowly ambience is going down with quality and quantity. I'm regular customer but today I'm not...

The service of this place was a disaster. We organized a birthday party. First they said we cannot bring out decorators. And we have to use thier decoration which was minimum 1700 and had very little decarotion. Then we tried convincing them and the owner' son agreed. But then he also added if u do too much decoration we will charge 500 extra. Very weird condition. Because the lights will use electricity. Wow. Next thing, they just had one old man to take care of orders who was vry slow.Cant blame him for his age. But there was no one else to help.evrything was taking time. Thanks to our guests who helped in serving everyone. Later we saw 2 kids came to help but were clueless due to lack of experience. Their best thing was that they did not allow our decorator to do their work. Nor did they remove the decoration of the previous party. They said it's not thier job. Because we were using outside vendor they were pissed off. So, we had worst experience in dealing with owners. I will not recommend anyone to organize any party at this place. We regretted and will never come back because of the behaviour...

Dec 21,2020. Poor experience having a family get together. Garlic bread prepared from buns. Chapati thinner like plastic foil. Only packaged water bottles served. Early booking made due to covid aspects but restaurants arrangment not served my purpose. No sense of early booking. 1 runner on a table of 12 guest. Restaurant owner/spokes person tried to escape meeting at addressing the issue and other person talked on phone which sounds unprofessional owners at their job.

Taste wise good to go food. (3.5 out of 5) Which may be only point for revisiting else not...
