Hotel Amar Palace — Hotel in Rajasthan

During our recent stay we took 2 rooms and stayed for 2 days. We chose it due to its location in market area. The bathroom door had no latch, most of the bathroom fittings were half done and no shower etc...just a tap with a mug for bath.||Room service was bad as they left many of the used plates etc from the room on the tables near the corner adjoining the banquet hall on second floor. Tea by the time it reached the room, it was cold and the hotel did not have thermo flasks to serve tea.||Mosquitoes in the room. I had a terrible experience and added to it all, their kitchen was closed as the cook had not come during the time we stayed before Mahavir Jayanti time.||Bad experience with untrained staff, no upkeep of interiors and cleanliness was also...
