Wow! Momo — Restaurant in Rajasthan

Wow Momos is such a big brand but their staff is not good at all. I asked what is the best in their menu, what do people like the most but! But the staff guy did notrespond and says you have to choose by your own, As if take whatever you want, it doesn't matter to Staff!!

And when I asked them to turn on the AC, they refused.

The Staff guy is very Rude whenever you ask him anything.

I don't know what is the matter but the same guy who attend me he is Alone at the time and doing all the work like cooking, serving and all.

Maybe he is Frustrating!!

Wow Momos must increased his staff so all the working load will not be only on 1 person.

Otherwise the result will reflect on customer bad experience.

My Opinion - If the mood of the staff is not good then give him a 1 day leave to recover and give the work to someone else in their place who does his work properly and treats the customers in good & respect way. We come there to refresh our mood and eat good dishes and not to spoil our...

This was my first time ordering something from here. I opted for the wow combo, which consists of chicken Himlayan steam momo (8 pieces), chicken moburg (2 pcs), and one pepsi (400 ml). Out of the two main dishes, "steam momo" was my favourite; the outer layer of momo was neither too thick nor too thin and had a little coating of oil, which prevented it from being sticky or mushy, while the stuffing was the best in the town for sure (chicken steam momo), properly minced and cooked, and I loved it with spicy chutney. I had a very disappointing experience at this momo restaurant. The food quality was not up to the mark – the momos were cold, not fresh, and lacked proper flavor. The chutney also tasted very bland. The service was extremely slow, and the staff didn’t seem interested in attending customers properly. For the prices they charge, the quality and hygiene were not worth it.
