Yesterday We take out light snacks...90% items were UNAVAILABLE in Menu card. There is no point to keep in for Show😡

The waiter don't understand Difference between Dahi Vada and Sambar Vada. We ordered both. But he couldn't recognize as well as memorize. 🙄 Finally when he understood Dahi Vada...He forgot the Sambar vada/ Medu vada which also we ordered. He knows ALL are same. Naturally that was Not served.

1st, they asked about water bottle. 1 person only went away putting 1 bottle. They don't know the protocol to provide glasses. At least we didn't get. We had to mention later. VERY CASUAL ATTITUDE, NOTHING BOTHERS THEM.

The glasses were sooo much Dirty , unhygienic that I couldn't Drink. It was like a wastage, old Glass.

You know when someone get famous their behaviour will change day by day attitude comes in. Same thing is been here. Although the food is good and atmosphere is ok ok. But the problem is with the stuff . They are behaving like they served our food in free of cost. Literally. So embarassing. Resturant should look in this topic ... The most frustrating part is. I ordered some kabab dishes . Along with a fish item . It was so salty that anyone can't eat it. When I told them we can't take that food they added that food in my bill .. I told why u r adding that item , when it so salty that we can't eat. Then the stuff told me sir I will packed the order and you can distribute it some one outside of this hotel. Due to pandemic, for the past few months restaurant business has gone through constant downhill. Considering that, price hike could be deemed as a common reason. And it could be justified if the quantity of the food was kept, at the very least, somewhat moderate. But here, not only the price of the dishes has increased to an alarming rate, but also the quantity of the food has relatively lessened. Quality was alright though. One thing that shocked me the most is that, they were not checking temperature or giving sanitizer to the customers (although they were cleaning up the halls throughout the entire time I was there).
