Rating one star since there isn't a lower rating available. Doesn't deserve any stars at all. Ordered crispy chilli fish, two portions of Chowman special fried rice and hot garlic fish, and fresh lime soda. The two portions of special fried rice came in a single bowl with just a single fried egg for some reason. There was hardly any chicken, egg or veggies in the rice. The hot garlic fish was basically just thin slices of fish swimming in tomato gravy. Not sure why it was called hot garlic. Overall subpar food. The service was also chaotic and unprofessional. They even miscalculated our bill and charged more and when we notified them they were reluctant to provide the refund. We finally got our refund after much hassle. Never visiting again. Not recommended...

While the food quality was generally acceptable (with the exception of the lime coriander soup, which was incorrectly prepared and unlike the excellent version I've had at their Nagtala location), the service was significantly lacking. The staff's loud and unprofessional communication with the kitchen, including the use of foul language, was highly inappropriate, especially given that I was dining with my elderly father. Furthermore, the noodle dish appeared to have been prepared with an excessive amount of low-quality ketchup. Rice quantity was very less compared to price of 179. Almost no vegetables. Cooked really well and taste was good, not very good. However I had to add my own cooked fried rice using basmati rice(250/kg) and vegetables. To be very honest the preparation cost is 20/-. It was nothing different than 35/- street fried rice. You are selling me this through swiggy at 179. Coming to chilli chicken, cost me 179. Gravy was average. The chicken with coating was soft and meat was tender but the meat had no taste.
