The service here is as pathetic as great the food is. That's the sad part.Mannerless waiter named Rakesh misbehaved with us. It took them 35 minutes to get just 3 plain rotis!! When we asked the waiter why it's taking so long he curtly replied saying it takes that long, shrugged and walked away. When we called him again, and said it's really bad service he gave a very rude reply 'no problem', after which we said we'll raise this and speak to the manager. To this he again plainly responded with a "yes go ahead tell". We felt very offended that despite spending money at a fancy slightly expensive resto, we are getting treated like this!! Not just him, the general attitude of all the waiters seemed very lax and indifferent like they're burdened even if we ask for water!! Waiter didn't even know what is served in the dishes like we asked veg handi he told us there are no veggies only gravy in it, similar response he gave when we asked about any other dish like veg kolhapuri veg kadai veg amritsari and the like. Which is so shocking!! Which hotel would serve just the same gravy without any veggies in it in all dishes? Fed up, we had to order some biryani/rice.Would rate this restaurant a big 0 and nothing more, because regardless of the fact that the food was decent we had a very bad experience service wise. Manager couldn't convince us, except giving some lame reasons like the cooks are not locals they're from outside. Don't know how that justifies the waiters service and behaviour.Waiting time too long(despite no rush), horrible attitude of serving staff and lack-lustre waitering. Wouldn't recommend this, We get better food, service at Vasantham's (which is the other resto we tried) and I'm sure we'd get the same quality of food and definitely better service at any other of this resto's...

On our way from Rameshwaram to Ramanathapuram railway station, we stopped at Bheemas Nalabagam for dinner, and it turned out to be a great choice. The food was really tasty, and we enjoyed every dish we ordered. It’s a nice vegetarian restaurant, and the flavors were spot on. 😋

We ordered Butter Roti and Roti, both were soft and well-cooked. The Paneer Chettinad was delicious, with a nice blend of spices, giving it that authentic Chettinad flavor. The Gobhi 65 was crispy and well-seasoned, definitely a must-try if you like starters. We also had the Veg Biryani, which had the perfect balance of spices and was full of flavor. 😋
