I would like to give negative rating because of an incident happened recently. My family visited Veenus sweets and purchased few items. We went with card payment because it looked convenient and they had this option. After first swipe they said that payment did not happen successfully and asked to swipe one more time. We did it again and this time they mentioned payment successful. We confirmed at the same time that 2 times payment was made and also we got message from Bank. We presented that both messages to them but they asked to show bank statement (for less than 400/- Rs.). We went this bank statement which clearly mentions that payment was done successfully 2 times (with transaction IDs). This time they mentioned that they are still waiting and amount did not deposit to their account. We will try again but if there is no option we will lodge complaint. They have card machine but not sure if they know how to operate and check customers payments. Obviously people will visit, but please do not use your card because there is no way you will get your money returned if there is issue...

Worst experience. Don't expect your order to be prepared on the said time and date. Made advance payment as the guy said "advance ke bina order process nahi hota" Went straight to pick my order after a 10hr journey and they said " order hai hi nahi" showed them the screenshots, where they assured to get it done on time. Made me wait for 2 hrs and then came up with a cake for the sake of completing the order stating itni jaldi aisa hi banega Would've given rating in minus if I could. There's zero accountability,there's no guarantee that you'll get your order cause apparently they forget to place the order but don't shy away from asking for advance payment and giving...

I visited this restaurant and ordered the Manchurian dish. Unfortunately, I observed that they were preparing it using tap water. When I requested clean water, the chef argued and refused to comply. The situation escalated, and I had to involve the owner to obtain a refund. I strongly advise against dining at this establishment due to its unhygienic practices.
