We had a wonderful dinner at Flavour, a cozy and beautifully decorated family restaurant in Namchi, Sikkim. The food was absolutely delicious—each dish was a treat! We especially enjoyed the Thukpa, Prawn Chilli Roti, and the Nepali Special Chicken & Prawn Thali. Paired with some wine, it was a perfect evening of flavors.

As an artist, I was truly drawn to the restaurant’s ambiance—warm, inviting, and full of artistic charm. The decor has a unique personality that reflects both local culture and artistic flair. It really added to the overall experience.

We lived in the hotel next door and strolled in for some momo's one afternoon and ended up eating there for the full duration of our stay. Must eat here are : the momos - its the best we had in the whole trip across Darjeeling, Kalimpong, Siliguri and Namchi. The smoked pork ribs - Its the best I've had in the world. And believe me I have eaten a lot across the globe. I dont mind going back to just eat this one dish. Nepali special thali - Mind blowing food and must have it on Sundays as the owner personally goes to pick organic produce from the local Sunday market.
