I had stayed there with my family in 26th May 2024. This week was too crowded in terms of hotel booking, lucky we got booking of this hotel, becoz it was fully packed and we were group of 8people. As per my review hotel was pretty good, Ambience, staff, food, service everything was very good. We had dinner in our room because dining area was full as I have told too much rush. But we had good dinner, dessert was also pretty nice. They welcomed us with a very nice gesture. Overall it's a must recommended hotel to stay at Pelling. Back view in morning was so pretty. Pure veg restaurant in Udaan pine crest. Food is very tasty and seating is comfortable with great atmosphere. You can have breakfast with a breath taking Kanchenjunga peak view. They provide different varieties of food every day. We stayed for 3 nights and Dishes doesn’t repeat in dinner and breakfast. Food is very yummy and wide spread across. Service is too good. All the staffs are very welcoming and always greet with smile. They take care of all your needs. I remember few names Chef Diwas and Sewan but all of others also were of great help. We liked their home made pickles and thanks to Chef Diwas for explaining us the recipe and gifting us some pickle.

This restaurant at udaan pinecrest is just awesome ! Great service , great food . We had dinner here on our stay and also breakfast each day for two days - the servers here serve you a wide genuine smile - special shout out to Vishal Rai who was our server for these two days . The food is just great - the buffet breakfast as well as ala carte dinner menu - they also serve phulkas which is great while you are travelling and need something light . Drinks are super affordable which makes the whole experience too good ! Overall the food and service is exceptional - if you are staying nearby as well try visiting this restaurant...
