Hotel Buddha Mikha - Ravangla — Restaurant in Sikkim

Our check-in was on 21.10.23 & our check-out was on 23.10.23..the Hotel Budhha Mikha is located a little far away from the market place but if one wants to enjoy the spectacular view of Budhha Park, then this hotel is just apt. Our first destination was Pelling (West Sikkim) but the magnificent Kanchenjunga view is better from Ravangla.. almost all the peaks are clearly visible. The view from this hotel is breathtaking. The rooms are well furnished & 💯 on cleanliness..The washroom is designed in Italian style and is really praiseworthy..24 hours running hot water is there . All Bengali chefs are there , so I didn't face difficulty in feeding my 4 years kid..got enough fresh Bengali food. Only we faced power problem around 11o'clock at night and no room service facility was there except for water and tea. But the dining ambience was just awesome. And Achinta Babu over there is really a well-behaved gentle personality ..helped us in all possible ways whenever needed..overall we had a cherishable time in Hotel...

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Buddha Mikha, and I must say, it was an incredible experience. The rooms were impeccably maintained, clean, and comfortable, making my stay truly relaxing. The hospitality of the staff was exceptional—they were always warm, welcoming, and eager to assist with anything I needed.

The food was another highlight of my stay. Every meal was delicious, well-prepared, and offered a great variety of flavors to enjoy. It truly added to the overall experience.

What stood out the most was the kindness and attentiveness of both the staff and the owner. Their genuine care for guests made me feel right at home. It’s rare to find such a personal touch in hospitality, and it made my stay all the more memorable.

The hotel has an amazing view of the Buddha park and Mt Kanchenjunga. The rooms are spacious and clean with 24*7 hot water supply. The food is also quite good. The staffs are hospitable and Mr Achintya and his wife are very cooperative and amiable. Overall the experience has been quite pleasant. However, since it's quite expensive, there should have been more amenities like the following:

1. Room service, at least for dinner.
2. Tea/Coffee kit.
3. Breakfast is complimentary but very limited in quantity and no option. Everyday it's the same menu( Luchi and torkari, OR just bread and butter) Generally, for other expensive hotels where breakfast is complimentary, there's availability of buffet, or atleast a good spread.
4. Rooms should have carpet/heater at that price. Also, since it's very cold those are needed. Except for the above mentioned points, everything is very...
