Disappointed with the Service and Misrepresentation at Luing Garden, Gangtok Date: 6 July, 2023

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the recent experience I had at your establishment, Luing Garden, in Gangtok. I visited your restaurant with high hopes for a pleasant evening, but unfortunately, my visit was marred by several issues that I feel compelled to address.
First and foremost, there was a significant discrepancy between the prices mentioned on the menu and the actual bill I received. We ordered 3 corona beers, which was listed as priced at 260 rupees. To my surprise, the bill presented to me we were surprised to find that the beer was charged at 355 rupees. This inconsistency in pricing is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your establishment's integrity and transparency. As a customer, I expect to be charged the correct amount as displayed on the menu, without any hidden charges or unexpected increases.
Additionally, I must express my deep dissatisfaction with the manager's behavior during my visit. Instead of addressing the issue regarding the inflated bill with professionalism and courtesy, the manager exhibited a disrespectful and rude attitude towards us. This kind of behavior is completely inappropriate and unacceptable, especially in a service-oriented industry where customer satisfaction should be a top priority. It is disheartening to encounter such unprofessionalism, and it left a lasting negative impression on my overall experience at your restaurant.
I want to emphasize that as a customer, I value honesty, transparency, and respectful treatment from the establishments I choose to visit. Regrettably, my experience at Luing Garden failed to meet these basic expectations. The misleading pricing and the manager's misbehavior tarnished what could have been a pleasant evening out.
I strongly urge you to address these issues promptly and take appropriate measures to rectify the situation. It is essential to ensure that the prices displayed on your menu accurately reflect the charges customers are expected to pay. At 2.49 pm we hardly come for anything else. She behaved like she was doing a favour by letting us in. While ordering very rude guy named Siva kept on saying this cannot cooked, that cannot be made. Kaatana padtha hai, banana padtha hai... He was refusing to take order for most items we wanted and firmly suggesting to take what he can do. When we asked why all these items are even in the menu if they cant cook, manager Mr. Binod has come for our rescue and took our order. Order came on time too. Thank you Mr. Binod. Although Mr Siva discouraged and tried to scare us that food preparation will take more than one hour food came ontime. In what world food takes one hour in any restaurant's kitchen. It's a nasty trick to scare away the customers. Clearly they dont want our business. They are unfit to be in service industry. This restaurant lives up to all the negative reviews.
