Kaidi Kitchen — Restaurant in Siliguri

This small, wink-and-you-miss-it outlet is a well kept local secret. It is right behind Heritage hotel and you don't have to enter the city, to visit this joint, on your way from Baghdogra Airport to the more picturesque locations of Sikkim etc. This place changed my definition of Momos and has spoilt me for life. I don't think the sad, undercooked, dry, excuses for momos served on the streets of Delhi NCR are ever going to suffice again. Anyway they have a very limited menu of veg, chicken or mutton- momos, chowmein and thupka. The momos are soft, moist and feel like a burst of flavour in your mouth. I did not believe the taste of the Momo's until i had them myself, and i can say with confidence these are one of the BEST MOMOS i have ever had. If you are a momo lover you must taste Dimick momo. I was travelling through Darjeeling,Gangtok,Kalingpong and my last leg of travel was siliguri. I have had momos everywhere but none of them could match the taste and juicy flavours of Dimicks momos.

I happened to visit this little crowded restaurant on the recommendations of my cab driver and i was not disappointed. This place served me the best momos I have ever had in my life. Those are little pieces of heaven that absolutely melt in your mouth. Add to that the home made chutney, which goes perfectly with their momos.
