Hi KFC, I’m really disappointed with my recent order. I ordered a burger late at night and the chicken piece inside was way smaller than usual. It honestly felt like half of what it should be. This isn’t the first time something like this has happened either. A few months ago, we got fewer chicken pieces than what we paid for.

It seems like whenever I order after 10 PM, the quality drops. Smaller portions, missing items, or just careless service. I understand that everyone has different schedules and sometimes late-night orders are the only option. But that shouldn’t mean we get treated differently or receive subpar food.

I really hope this gets looked into because it’s frustrating to pay full price and not get what we expect, especially from a brand like KFC. Please make sure the service and quality stay consistent, no matter what time the order is...

I would like to bring this into the notice of the management, today I prolly order kfc after 6 months I am not an hater or something just an honest review of the food as it was the chicken strips were very rubbery and I prolly belive it may be was fried yesterday, and long burger was just a chicken strip between the buns. Additionally, I would also ask the management to be regualtive and strict about the dispatch of takeaway orders as the assembling of the burgers was purely vauge... Again I am not hater but just the honest feeling that generate me after eating KFC hope this feedback would reach you properly and necessary actions will be taken on refining the quality of the food.
