I honestly went in with zero expectations, but this place surprised me in a good way. The ambience and food both worked really well. We started with these harabhara cutlet kind of thing, pretty good, filling, nice taste and texture. But the star for me was the jalapeno cheese fry,chewy, soft cheese with that spicy kick of jalapeno. Loved it . The dal didn’t do it for me ,I prefer the clean, homemade style. but the cheese garlic naan more than made up for it. Honestly, one of the best naans I’ve had, so tasty. The paneer curry was also decent, went well with the naan. We also tried this scrunched-up paratha type bread—wasn’t my favorite, but my sisters enjoyed it.The only big letdown? The drinks. My lassi was nice, but the rest of the drinks were overly sweet, full of syrups. Definitely something they need to improve.
