First time i went the food was ok, ordered tiffin items.. The coconut chutney was spoiled around 10.30am..they gave me a replacement, that too was spoiled.. Second time went with family., their breakfast was over by 10am.. third time also was the same.. They told, only roast time available. Since the kids were hungry we ordered, kal dosa, a roast dosa, badam milk..when we asked for poori they said it was over.. Kal dosa came first, we waited for 15 min other items never served.. Surprisingly the waiters were serving people in ac room, poori and other tiffin items. I got furious n walked to counter n cancelled the order.. When I asked him he said those Tiffin was pre booked by those people because they are renting the Hall for a function.. I asked u can't even serve one poori for a child, n it took for 15 min n no food came to our table..but food keep going to the ac room.. The counter guy asked the waiter, he said no one available to do iur order..
It was clear that their kitchen staffs are not able manage the rush... In fact there was not many people in the restaurant that time.onky us..they should treat all customer equally especially.. walk in customer drag their breakfast time to 11am, make sure ample food available, improve their service. Read moreDear Sir/Madam, I went to your restaurant today, and I had a bad experience with your staff. I asked for gravy in person, but they told me they didn't have any. This surprised me because I later ordered the gravy through a delivery service, and they had no problem giving me gravy.
I didn't want to let it go, so I decided to do something about it. I got the gravy later, but I was still unhappy. So, I returned it to your restaurant and got my money back, except for the delivery fee. But I can't stop thinking about this bad experience.
I'm writing to let the people in charge at your hotel know about what happened. I think it's important for them to know so they can make sure it doesn't happen again to other customers.

Read moreWent for a late breakfast here after a visit to the beautiful Perur temple nearby. We were quite pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness, taste and hospitality at Sri Annamayya. We had the combo breakfast which had idli, vada, dosa, puri, pongal and kesari with 5 varieties of chutneys - coriander, coconut, groundnut, onion, tomato and drumstick sambar. Mr. Rajesh waited on us and served puri, pongal and dosa fresh and hot after checking with us every time we were ready. All items were exceptionally delicious, especially the pot of hot sambar was a gift! The interiors with nice reclining sofas and cushioned chairs were very clean and tidy and comfortable. We are sure to visit again, and looking to taste more foods. Wonderful food and hospitality, full recommend! Only drawback as of now is the ongoing renovation, also a bit of a climb for the elderly. Hope they improve on these...
