JR BAKES — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

During my last few visits, I noticed a consistent decline in quality. The tea lacked the usual JR standard in taste, and the tea cake was slightly hard. The Juicy Burger failed to meet expectations, and the chicken roll was excessively salty. The bread toast was underwhelming—definitely not worth even half its price.

Additionally, the staff support and billing process were poorly managed, which impacted the overall experience. Cleanliness in the dining area was below acceptable standards, and the table service left much to be desired.

On a positive note, the small cupcake muffins were enjoyable, but unfortunately, most other items were below average.

I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback constructively and makes the necessary improvements to bring back the quality and service that JR was...

Very bad experience. Unprofessional sales staff Don't know the value of a customer and the purpose of the business Ordered one tea and a cool drink was with my toddler too ...in this hard sunny days the waiter made us to wait for 30 minutes and after long waiting inquired again for the order ...he was just laughing and asking me what you have ordered Don't go there if you have another choice Management definitely need to take care about these things and need to provide training for sales staff... A great advantage for this bakery is that this has a huge parking space. Even if parking is full, we can park on the sides of the main road. The advantage stopped there. Pathetic customer service or no service to say. At least quality is not great. Very little manpower to run this bakery. Crowd is there and coming but not being served. It can be run very well.
