Unki dabeli ki quality aur taste kaafi inconsistent hai aur satisfactory se door-door tak match nahi karta. Yeh inconsistency unke 'kaarigar' par zyada dependency ki wajah se hai, jo shop shuru hone ke baad se frequently change hote rehte hain.
Agar aapka business itna zyada 'kaarigar' par depend karega, toh customers like me, jo authentic food ko genuinely appreciate karte hain, obvious hai disappoint honge aur aise feedback dene par majboor ho jayenge.
Yaha ki franchise jisne li hai wo chacha theek hai par wo kaash 'kaarigar' pe jyada dhyan dete. Unke so-called 'kaarigar' stuffing mein bhi kanjoosi karte hain, especially Sing (Spicy Peanuts) mein, jo ek authentic Kutchi dabeli ka crucial ingredient hota hai. Agar aap authentic serve nahi kar rahe ho, toh "Kutchi" ka tag subpar products par chipkane ka koi matlab nahi banta, right?
Aur baat yahin khatam nahi hoti, unke high prices aur low-quality content, saath hi franchise model, experience aur bhi disappointing banate hain. Honestly, main toh kisi ko bhi yeh jagah recommend nahi karunga.
Owner se baat bhi ki, jo Kutch mein rehta hai (aisa usne bola, baaki mujhe nahi pata). Shuruaat mein professional aur ethical laga, par jaise baat aage badhi, uska asli rang saamne aa gaya.
Genuine customer feedback ko value karne ke bajay, owner ne sarcasm aur offensive responses diye, jo uski arrogant aur in-depth rude personality ko clearly dikhate hain. Uska inflated sense of self-importance bahut hi off-putting laga. Khud ko itna brag mat karo k tum kaun ho, let customers speak for you.
Pehle 2-3 visits par laga tha ki ek acha spot mil gaya hai apni favorite snack enjoy karne ke liye, par woh khushi zyada der tak nahi tik payi. Unka constantly changing staff poora experience kharaab kar deta hai, aur mismanagement ka burden customers ko nahi uthana chahiye.
