Located adjacent to Kanyakumari Highway, Udupi International Restaurant is a fine dine property with ample parking space and offering great service to passengers. We were a group of seven with three kids were taken cared genuinely by the staff. The meals of INR 110 and special meals at 190 INR is enough to serve 2 humans per serving. The quality was superb, the sweets were sweetest eaten by us during the day. Ample spacing inside and outside the hotel complex and can easily accomodate a crowd of 200 plus without much fuss. Have to come back on our next trip for the evening tea. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ For service, cost and taste and location.

Food : 3/5 Staff behavior: 0/5 Cleanliness : A big fat "0" This happen couple of month back. Me and my family stopped here for a quick breakfast after visiting a nearby temple. I ordered idly and along came sambar, everything of fine until I decided to pour the sambar from the tiny vessel to idly and I was Instantly shocked to see a dead baby Cockroach. I immediately called the waiter and showed him the cockroach and his reply was atrocious, he said "that could be from the Banana leaf, cannot be in sambar" I was mind blown by this reply and went near the casher and showed him the Cockroach and he replied "go sit and will serve you a new plate of idly" I lost my control at that moment, they where not even apologising for this bloody mistake and the behavior is like they are giving the food for free. I thought of complaining this to food and safety department this incident but this unethical people are not worth my time. To all customers: BE AWARE

En route to Kanyakumari from Kovallam lies this restaurant. It serves Kerala's best fliter coffee, you cannot resist. I had stopped there to take a break and have a cup of tea. On my drivers suggestion i tried the filter coffee even though i am a tea addict. To my amazement I forgot about the tea, loved the coffee and could not stop at one. I was complled to stop on my return journey to have 2 cups of coffee again. It was a nice place to take a break not only because of its coffee and food but because of its clean washrooms as well.

Halted here for lunch and I was in the mood to eat naan and paneer butter masala but naan is not served for lunch so opted for parotta set and kadai panner. Matar kurma and onion raita was served with parotta. Everything was perfect in taste. We were welcomed with a warm smile and the service was good. No delay of food. Spacious car parking available. This is the best vegetarian spot for the people travelling to and from Nagercoil and Trivandrum.

Prices are reasonable until we sea the price of tea, which is 22 rupees for a normal one in "copper" tumbler. Not sure why they are keeping an 'International' In their name, even though they don't even provide tissues.. No other choice when we come from tvm to kanyakumari till nagarcovil, you have to adjust with this monopoly
