During a long drive happen to find this restaurant through Google Maps. The 11 to 11 restaurant named looked different and was hoping to explore it, so we went here to have our lunch since this was during the summer season, the temperature in Karur area was extremely hot, touching around 38°C. we found a pretty decent restaurant in the area just beside the highway national highway 44, however, instead of taking the flyover, We will have to take a service road to reach this restaurant, which is just below the flyover. Parking is a bit tricky, You may have to follow the instruction hoarding in the main road, to go through a narrow road so that you can park your 4 Wheeler and two-wheeler parking, it Is just behind the restaurant where you have ample space to park your vehicles. However, if you have a small car or a two wheeler, you can even park it in front of the restaurant where you can find a small parking area, Where they have maintained a cement blocks parking. The restaurant look like a garden area, there are small shacks type of individual tiny rooms, it is indeed Very good view. Behind the small garden area, they have AC dining rooms. Since the A. C dining rooms are less in numbers It's most of the time filled, and you may have to compromise taking the smaller shacks with fan, where you can accommodate around 5 to 8 people easily in a shack. Since the weather in Karur is really hot, Even having a fan that area is a bit tough as you keep getting hot air flow through the fan. The costing of the food is pretty decent as they have a small bowl through which they serve their biryanis and with this affordable rate work for the quantity they provide. We had a Chicken Biryani and a prawn biryani, which was around ₹200+/-. Pretty decent, but the quantity was less, they could have increase the quantity slightly more. Since the weather was really hot, enjoying the food under the fan in the shack was really tough as we continue to sweat with the hot air blowing from the fan. The employees were really courteous and very friendly. If you go with your kids, they try to give them balloons and make them happy. I was really happy with the staff of the restaurant. The more tough part was after food, When we have to wash our hands, the wash basin are available in either sides of the rooms and you get very hot water pouring through the taps. The restaurant compounds are small, so they could be many tiny insects and lizards crawling around the toilet and the restaurant. As an overall feedback, I would provide the four star rating with the present infrastructure they provide. If they improvise the infrastructure and make some other arrangements so that the temperature drops or without white topping on shacks and if some sun proofings topup painting are done and few of the sunproofings were broken in the shacks where we sat that could have been fixed and water availability and cleanliness was much more improvised, I would have definitely given it a 5 star rating. We waited for our table to be cleaned, we ordered soups and we were served in dirty bowls without soup spoons. Soups were served with just 1/4 of the bowl. Old drinking glasses were not cleared. After we noticed the old glasses, we asked them to clear it and they cleared only 2 glasses and kept the remaining 2 in the table. We ordered naan, roti and gravy which were not at all hot and we were not given cutlerys to serve. All the gravies tasted the same, kadai paneer is supposed to be spicy but it was sweet and it had only 7-8 piece small pieces of paneer. Mutton Roganjosh has also been made with all purpose gravy with normal mutton pieces and the quantity for all the gravies were really less with very few pieces. When we complained the issue to the manager, he gave lame reasons which were openly understood that he was very much unprofessional. Later after letting him know of the issues properly he shouted at the servant and asked him to pay the bill and asked us to leave. Other than that nothing here is good.. No customers satisfaction totally disappointed.. The waiter's even didn't care about us. We order food at 9pm at 10 only we recieve first dish as briyani i don't know why they take so much time for briyani bcz it's already prepared just they need to serve i think it's take 3 to 5 mins but they take a hour for that...and briyani also quantity is very low but too cost.. Half bowl of chicken briyani 170rs why i mention half bowl means the bowl size too small if u buy two briyani means only that's enough for single person... Thanthuri taste is fine but Mayo is not good. Initially we order mutton briyani but they serve chicken briyani we informed them immediately to them but they didn't changed and in bill they mention mutton briyani and they try to charge etc 70 rs but thank god we will check bill and we ignored etc charge... Panner butter masala is 160 rs but it's enough for only 4 non if u buy 8 non means you need add some etc gravy.... Hydrabad chicken gravy totally tasteless it's give sweet taste.
