Take this review for betterment and a serious note, had a bitter experience thrice in couple of months but I am writing a review now

I ordered food take away tonight around 8:30pm in 30 mins one of the dish garlic chicken lt was completely bad smell and expired when we having it, but the food still hot condition.

When I enquired about reception on call they were saying that which is due to adding a 3 sauce flavors

This is not the first time I am having the dish we know that how it will be prepared, for all foods Schezwan flavour needs to added? There is some quantity of adding flavors, but the compromising answers was not accepted. Food is related to health condition and medical condition family member(s) from the age of 3-60

I dot want anything back but this should not happened anyone at any cause.

We expecting quality food for the amount we are paying and taxes

We visited 10th Nov'24 for having a lunch ...such a worst experience with two supervisors. There is one tall medium toned guy whose behaviour is ridiculous .he don't have basic manner to response to customers who is giving irritating look towards us ..I understood they were a crowd but the way he handled was very Worst and irritating by giving wrong orders and weird look ..I don't know how the management appoints such useless person like him in this great franchise who don't have basic knowledge about customer service...there were another thin and fair toned supervisor who is also useless ...please remove these two and appoints well mannered and well trained person or give them proper training

Food was very average....briyani is just ok .... barbeque was useless, lime soda was attire worst ...please focus on quality foods and meat ..
