Read moreWorst service I had ever seen. The waiter wouldn't see our face and hear our words. He always starring at the road there and there alone. While we ordering he didn't look us, didn't shake his head, he didn't leave any word and gesture. He behaved like that we are beggers and he is the adament boss of us. His name is Ganesan. About 40+ age. But his attitude is taller than Eiffel tower. We three people went there, I queried about appropriate waiter with him. He doesn't reveal that he is the one to serve for that table. Later he came and asked what we want by starring at road. I ordered a rasamalai for me, a pav bhaji for another and a tea for the third one. He left without any concern gesture and starring at the road left and right. He was roaming here and there without concern our waiting and starring at the road. Again he came and said that pav bhaji was not available. Then switch order to samosa. He was roaming here and there between the table and cooking counter, Looking at road. I recommend him to work on road instead of working (pretending like working) off road and keeping all his attention at road.
He didn't serve the rasamalai. I had picked myself up that from sweet counter where he crossed more than few times without fetching it from the counter.
Highly irritating chaps are employed in A2B. Writing this review after enjoying several...
Read moreVery bad management and service. Firstly, seats should be allocated taking names with first come first serve basis. But here... we need to catch place gazing at tables while people r finishing to eat at the table surrounding around their table during peak hours which is disgusting. Also we wouldn't like others to surround our table and starring at our plates while we are eating waiting for us to finish. The waiter was new and was slow with his service. No proper backup waiter service was there to monitor for the new waiter until he learns especially during peak hours. South Indian meals was served to all tables except ours. We were waiting for more than 20 minutes while we watched others getting served. Rice was not served for more than 15 minutes. Nobody was ready to serve at our table or didn't come and check. We were annoyed as people had surrounded our table to catch place and couldn't order desert as we were already annoyed to find our waiter, call him and order again. The bill was also delayed and we had to stand in front of the cashier to give our bill to make payment. The service and management had been very annoying. Waiter and managers didn't deserve any tip. Wouldn't recommend this restaurant during peak hours time as one requires lot of patience to wait and push the waiters to...
