I would give negative stars. Worst experience with these guys. Beware if you are booking their party hall. Absolute cheats - we ordered food for 200 people (non-veg)and 180 turned up. They refused to deliver food for the paid amount or refund - wouldn't have booked there if we were clearly told of this or if they had given it on paper. They would push you to book for higher number of people saying they will not be able to accommodate if more people turn up(when you ask them for food for the paid amount in the end , they would say you should have ordered less and book from restaurant later - cheats) They'll provide vegetarian token for vegetarians who attend the party, but you know what, that is chargeable separately (outside 200) - what a shame! Book a room with them and ask for an extra bed. They'll charge you, that's fine but they give just the mattresses and no cot, what a waste. Beware if you are planning to book party hall or rooms with these guys. Under the facade of free party hall, there could be hidden...

We booked party hall for my daughter's 1st Birthday in Al Taj Hotel and the event was on 27th April evening. I was quite not confident on how they are going to handle the service and serve food especially the quality of the food. But unexpected things happen....their service was beyond my expectations. The quality and the taste of the food was amazing. They made our party complete by their service . Hatsoff to each and every person who took initiative on doing this. End of the day they proved that it's a team work. My special thanks to Mr.Aadhil and the madam who supported us throughout the day. My special thanks to the chef as well. 4 times I have gone here. Each time the service was only decent, not good. The staff are courteous, but they don't know how to serve customers. All the dishes we ordered are dumped on the table even before the soup is completed. They don't even serve the dishes to our plate. Last time the soup was very bad, too much vinegar. Biryani was only OK, not good. We ordered Mutton Chettinad gravy but they gave Chicken chettinad gravy. It was very salty. They don't provide Finger Bowls after the food is done. The restaurant chairs are very uncomfortable and dirty. Overall not worth to spend time here. Only saving grace is the ample...
