I recently had the pleasure of dining at Hotel am 2 PM, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped inside, I was enveloped in a warm, inviting atmosphere that immediately set the tone for a pleasant evening. Now, let’s talk about the food. The menu is diverse, but I had heard so much about their biryani that I couldn’t resist ordering it. I had tried lunch in this hotel after my friend suggested it. After waiting in the dining area , we waited more than 15 mins to get the order details from us and there was no rush in this hotel at the moment also and we ordered Mutton Biriyani and panner Noodles. The biriyani was okay but the panner noodles were very bad. The noodles weren't cooked well and half cooked and full of beans and Cabbage smell. We paid 170 Rs for it. Really a waste of money and we informed the billing person about the issue and she doesn't say anything about it just asked and moved on. And the service is also very bad when we visit. They only see the people who are in the AC hall but do not care about the outdoor dining people , we also pay the same cost...

The food here is absolutely delicious — fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. Every dish I tried was tasty and clearly made with care. The restaurant is also neat and clean, which adds to the overall dining comfort.

However, the service was disappointing. Taking the order itself was delayed, and the food only arrived after almost half an hour. The seating capacity is also quite limited, which makes it uncomfortable during peak hours.

Overall, if you are patient and willing to wait, the quality of the food makes it worth a try. But the management definitely needs to improve service speed and seating arrangements to match the excellent standard of...
