Ayyaar Bawan Sweets & Restaurant - Avadi Paruthipet — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

Booked a Marriage hall at Ayyaar Bhavan, Paruthipattu, for a function from 10AM to 2PM where 200+ guests were invited. On the day of the function they informed that they had a problem with AC in Marriage hall and it is working in dining hall half an hour later they informed AC in Dining hall too was not working and please adjust.The restaurant manager told that they are trying from their side to fix the problem but the fact was they didn't POWER ON the AC prior to the function. The AC's chillness worked only a bit after the function was done completely around 1.45PM. Everyone had left already after the function with just 10 to 15 ppl left. You may think that it may be due to some power problem that happened on that day but it's not they never used to power on the AC before the start of your function. They'll not power on the AC prior to your function. They'll charge for Electricity saying it's 15rs and later they'll inform it's 18rs. They will ask you to pay the full amount completely before the day of your function (Marriage Hall + Decorations). You cannot bring your own decorators for decorating the hall... Though you chase and quarrel with them regarding any of your problems nothing's gonna change, they cheat by this way. This is not the first time with them it seems, discussed about this problem with few other colleagues and friends, they said they too had a experience like this with Ayyaar Bhavan. Don't know why these people cheat for money.

Overall: Worst place for family functions and NOT AT ALL...

Two months back booked mini hall for my sister engagement at the Mr Jai Baskar told me Change room not available... but i requsted need room because engagement saree need to change. than he agreed to give room than paid advance 31.05.20... Yesterday go check for this month function room not ready.. i m asking he told not possible to give room you change dress in dining hall how s possible sir ladies dress change in dining hall. He is answer very careless and rood... If any diveation against plan he's has to inform to customer but he didn't cal.... Finally canceled hall.. This not handle Customers...

I want to share my worst experience in Ayyar bhavan on July 12th 2025 @ 9:00 PM. This so called place as restaurant is always famous for chaos, shouting and fights between servers for orders. This is suitable for customers who don't want peace or silence while having their food then it is the place for you. Fish market is quiet than this so called veg restaurant. Very worst experience. Today I have seen customers fighting with suppliers. Even management staff is watching the fight and no one is even cared to stop or interfere. This place should be closed permanently. Coming to food paneer tikka is only tiger kesari color it sticks to your hand very well. If you have any insurance which covers cancer and food poisoning treatment then please visit. If not then don't even dare about eating here. I would never recommend anyone to going into restaurant for anything.

Please see the picture of my wife finger with colour after 50 mins of having paneer tikka. Think twice before ordering.
