Ganga sweets — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

We bought sweets from Ganga sweets paruthipattu branch for a very important family event..we also served the guests the sweets the next day... when our family members tasted the sweets we found that the sweets were too bad in taste and quality...seems those were not freshly prepared..It was shocking to accept that a well reputed brand like Ganga sweets could serve their customers with these kind of food...We felt very bad for the guest as they were the one to taste it first..When asked about this to the shop workers..there wasn't a proper response and they said the sweet cannot be replaced with fresh one..This is very disappointing and we didn't expect this from a well reputed brand like Ganga sweets... People please be careful when you buy sweets here .. because they might serve us with old stocks..which happened in our case... honestly very disheartened by their...

Shop looks really clean; can accommodate around 50 members for dine in (chat items only)

Service is fine, no complaints. May have a bit of language barrier with employees, still they try to help.

Try Pani Puri and paav bhaji, both are amazing. I liked the way they packed.pani Puri in a sweet box rather than just cover. Will be good if they expand the available foods with Sandwich etc. the best thing is you don't feel bloated after having chat items and the quality is great.

Edit: The quality of chat items deteriorated after the first month. Also removed table service, now self service only. Too much water added in bhaji making it too bland. Also Pani Puri looks like it was purchased from a street vendor. Still sweets and biscuits are of...

Our family’s snacks budget has toppled since Ganga sweets in Paruthipattu was opened over a year ago. My mom loves Bhel Puri from Ganga sweets when we stayed in Adyar before 2019. Even now, the only Bhel Puri she likes is from Ganga sweets. 5stars for maintaining consistency in quality for chat items. Apart from getting snacks for regular home use, we have also got snacks gift pack for our son’s birthday and to send to our close relatives in US.
