I am a regular customer, but seems quality of this shop dropped badly since last 3 month. Taken cake home 2 times and found spoiled. There was very cold response when i said them the issue.Checked with my colleagues in vadavalli alao. And they also said similar experience now a days. Attached pic of dirty cup in which they served me lemon tea. Such dirty cup you wont find even in a road side dhaba. Spoke to the manager. Seems he was least bothered and not ready to serve in even in a clean cup.Please bring back ur old quality if you are serious about a quality business on Bakery . High time for an Health Inspector to look into. Dont lose your valuable customers. Anyway i stopped going there from today as i find they have no plan to improve nor repair on customer feed...

Nice ambiance here. The shop has a lot of imported goods/chocolates/nuts and the selection is really good. The baked items (bread, cakes, pies) are decent, nothing special, 5/10. The food you can order is also average, special mention to the cheese garlic bread which is brilliant. But the service in this place is 0/10, you guys really need to improve on this. The menus look 25-years old, tables are uncleaned after each customer, water bottles are dirty and not refilled, and a waiter will never come to you until you call him 10 times.
